RésuméCe décret du Président de la République du Cameroun révoque M. OBAMA, officier judiciaire et légal, à compter du 2 novembre 2020, pour désertion de poste. La révocation entraîne la suppression des droits à pension. Le décret est pris en vertu de la Constitution et de divers décrets régissant la fonction publique et le service judiciaire.

DECREE No. 2021/286 OF 17 MAI 2021 dismissal of a Judicial and Legal Officer.

# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

MINDFUL of the Constitution; MINDFUL of Decree No. 74/759 of 26th August 1974 to organize Civil Pensions Schemes and the amendments thereto; MINDFUL of Decree No. 94/199 of 07th October 1994 to lay down General Rules and Regulations of the Publics Service; MINDFUL of Decree No. 95/048 of 08th March 1995 to lay down the Rules and Regulations Governing the Judicial and Legal Service; MINDFUL of the disciplinary file of the person concerned,

# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1.- Mr. OBAMA (Sce No. 161 843-O), Judicial and Legal Officer, fourth scale, is with effect from 2nd November 2020, date of his cessation of service, dismissed from the Judicial and Legal Services with suppression of pension rights, for desertion of post.

ARTICLE 2.- This Decree shall be registered and published in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
