LE PRESIDENT DE LA REPUBLIQUE,
Vu la Constitution ; Vu la loi n° 98/021 du 24 décembre 1998 portant organisation du secteur portuaire ; Vu la loi n° 2017/010 du 12 juillet 2017 portant statut général des établissements publics ; Vu la loi n° 2018/012 du 11 juillet 2018 portant régime financier de l'Etat et des autres entités publiques ; Vu le décret n° 99/126 du 15 juin 1999 portant organisation et fonctionnement de l'Autorité Portuaire Nationale ; Vu le décret n° 2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n° 2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ; Vu le décret n° 2019/172 du 05 avril 2019 portant réorganisation de l'Autorité Portuaire Nationale ; Vu le décret n° 2019/320 du 19 juin 2019 précisant les modalités d'application de certaines dispositions des lois n°s 2017/010 et 2017/011 du 12 juillet 2017 portant statut général des établissements publics et des entreprises publiques ; Vu le décret n° 2019/322 du 19 juin 2019 fixant les catégories d'établissements publics, la rémunération, les indemnités et les avantages de leurs dirigeants,
DECRETE :
Article 1er.- Monsieur EBOUPEKE Louis est, à compter de la date de signature du présent décret, nommé Directeur Général de l'Autorité Portuaire Nationale.
Article 2.- L'intéressé aura droit aux avantages de toute nature prévus par la réglementation en vigueur.
Article 3.- Le présent décret sera enregistré, publié suivant la procédure d'urgence, puis inséré au Journal Officiel en français et en anglais.

DECRET No. to appoint the Director-General of the National Ports Authority
# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Law No. 98/21 of 24 December 1998 to organize the ports sector; Mindful of Law No. 2017/10 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments; Mindful of Law No. 2018/12 of 11 July 2018 relating to the fiscal regime of the State and other public entities; Mindful of Decree No. 99/126 of 15 June 1999 to organize and lay down the functioning of the National Ports Authority; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No. 2019/172 of 5 April 2019 to reorganize the National Ports Authority; Mindful of Decree No. 2019/320 of 19 June 2019 to lay down conditions for implementing some provisions of Law No. 2017/10 and Law No. 2017/11 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments and public corporations;
