REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2021/026 of 16 December 2021: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2022 financial year;
Mindful of Law No. 2022/011 of 14 July 2022 to ratify Ordinance No. 2022/001 of 2 June 2022 to amend and supplement some provisions of Law No. 2021/026 of 16 December 2021: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2022 financial year;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with Deutsche Bank Italy, an agreement for a SACE-guaranteed loan of an amount of EUR 93 893 444, or approximately CFAF 61 556 260 206, to finance Phase I (Olounou-Mvan Junction section) of the Olounou-Oveng-Gabon Border-Bridge over the Kom River Road Construction Project.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
