THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No 2023/004 of 25 July 2023 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Framework Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of Cameroon and the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, signed in Montevideo, Uruguay on 17 June 2022,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Framework Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of Cameroon and the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, signed in Montevideo, Uruguay on 17 June 2022, is ratified.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
