RésuméLe présent décret ratifie l'accord-cadre de coopération entre le Cameroun et l'Uruguay, signé le 17 juin 2022 à Montevideo. Il est pris en application de la loi d'autorisation n° 2023/004 du 25 juillet 2023. L'accord-cadre vise à renforcer la coopération bilatérale dans divers domaines. Le décret prévoit son enregistrement et sa publication au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

DECREE No. 2023/315 OF 01 AOUT 2023 TO RATIFY THE FRAMEWORK COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON AND THE EASTERN REPUBLIC OF URUGUAY, SIGNED IN MONTEVIDEO, URUGUAY ON 17 JUNE 2022.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No 2023/004 of 25 July 2023 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Framework Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of Cameroon and the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, signed in Montevideo, Uruguay on 17 June 2022,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Framework Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of Cameroon and the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, signed in Montevideo, Uruguay on 17 June 2022, is ratified.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
