REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE - WORK - FATHERLAND

DECREE No. 2023/312 OF 01 AOUT 2023 to ratify the Defence and Security Cooperation Framework Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt, signed in Yaounde on 11 October 2022.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No 2023/001 of 25 July 2023 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Defence and Security Cooperation Framework Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt, signed in Yaounde on 11 October 2022,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Defence and Security Cooperation Framework Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt, signed in Yaounde on 11 October 2022, is ratified.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
