DECREE No. 20241150 OF 1 4 MAI 2024 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), a loan agreement for an amount of EUR 122.73 million, or approximately CFAF 80.505billion, to finance the Cameroon-Chad Power Interconnection Project (PIRECT) .

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2023/019 of 19 December 2023: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2024 financial year;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,

# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), a loan agreement for an amount of EUR 122.73 million, or approximately CFAF 80.505 billion, to finance the Cameroon-Chad Power Interconnection Project (PIRECT)

Article 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
