REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2023/019 of 19 December 2023: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameron for the 2024 financial year, as amended and supplemented by Ordinance No. 2024/001 of 20 June 2024;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the African Development Bank (AfDB), a loan agreement for an amount of EUR 39.629 million, or approximately CFAF 26 billion, to finance the Project to Develop Access Roads to the Industrial and Port Area of Kribi (PARZIK), Phase 2.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
