REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE – WORK – FATHERLAND DECREE No. 2025/014 OF 14 JAN 2025 to appoint an Inspector-General at the Ministry of Public Health
# THE PRESIDENT OOF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2013/093 of 3 April 2013 to organize the Ministry of Public Health,
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The undermentioned person is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed to the following position at the Ministry of Public Health:
GENERAL INSPECTORATE OF MEDICAL AND PARAMEDICAL SERVICES
Inspector-General: Mr BITANG à MAFOCK Louis Joss, Medical Officer, Service No. 559 708-C, previously Director of the Yaounde Emergency Centre, in replacement of Mr ZOA NANGA Yves Mathieu, who has been placed on retirement.
Article 2: The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
