REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE- WORK- FATHERLAND 2025/114 OF 08 AVR 2025 DECREE No. _______________ to appoint members of the Board of Directors of the National Investment Corporation
# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of the OHADA Uniform Act on Commercial Companies and Economic Interest Groups;
Mindful of Law No. 2017/011 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public corporations;
Mindful of Decree No. 2019/320 of 19 June 2019 to lay down conditions for implementing some provisions of Laws Nos. 2017/010 and 2017/011 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments, and public corporations;
Mindful of Decree No. 2019/321 of 19 June 2019 to lay down categories of public corporations and the remuneration, allowances and benefits of their managers;
Mindful of Decree No. 2024/291 of 10 July 2024 to transform the National Investment Corporation into a public corporation;
Mindful of Decree No. 2024/292 of 10 July 2024 to approve the Articles of Association of the National Investment Corporation;
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The undermentioned personalities are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed members of the Board of Directors of the National Investment Corporation, for a three-year term of office, renewable once:
Personality designated by the President of the Republic: Mr RAZACK Johnny
Representative of the Presidency of the Republic: Mr TONGA Dieudonné
Representative of the Prime Minister’s Office: Mrs SANDJI, neé ETOGO MESSOMO Mireille

Representative of the Ministry in charge of economy: Mr MZOGANG Patrick
Representative of the ministry in charge of finance: Mr NGAKOUMDA Gabriel
Representative of the Ministry in charge of industry: Mr OUMAR Ali
Representative of the Ministry in charge of agriculture: Mrs BAMBOT, neé MBONG GRACE ANNIH
Representative of the Ministry in charge of livestock: Mr ENGAMBA Philippe Didier
The National Director of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC)
Representative of a Cameroon professional association of credit institutions: Mrs ABUNAW Gwendoline
Representative of an employers' organization: Mr TAWAMBA Célestin
ARTICLE 2: The name of an elected staff representative shall be notified in due course to the Chairperson of the Board of Directors.
ARTICLE 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
