Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2024/013 of 23 December 2024: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameron for the 2025 financial year;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2025/012 of 14 January 2025 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the African Development Bank (AfDB), a loan agreement for an amount of EUR 39.629 million, or approximately CFAF 26 billion, to finance the Project to Develop Access Roads to the Industrial and Port Area of Kribi (PARZIK), Phase 2,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Loan Agreement No. 2000200005502, for an amount of EUR 39.629 million, or approximately CFAF 26 billion, concluded on 16 January 2025 between the Republic of Cameroon and the African Development Bank (AfDB), to finance the Project to Develop Access Roads to the Industrial and Port Area of Kribi (PARZIK), Phase 2, is ratified.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
