DECREE No. 2025/115 OF 08 AVR 2025 To appoint a Member of the Constitutional Council
# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2004/004 of 21 April 2024 to lay down the organization and functioning of the Constitutional Council, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2012/015 of 21 December 2012;
Mindful of Law No. 2004/006 of 21 April 2004 to lay down the rules and regulations governing membership of the Constitutional Council;
Mindful of Decree No. 2018/105 of 07 February 2018 to appoint two Members of the Constitutional Council;
Mindful of Decree No. 2020/194 of 15 April 2020 to appoint a Member of the Constitutional Council;
Mindful of Decree No. 2024/011 of 18 January 2024 to appoint two Members of the Constitutional Council;
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: Mrs OULI NDONGO Monique is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed Member of the Constitutional Council for a six-year term of office, renewable.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
