REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND

DECREE No. 2025/130 OF 21 AVR 2025 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the ING Bank of Belgium, a Buyer-Credit loan for an amount of EUR 73.12 million, or approximately CFAF 47.966 billion, to finance the Project to reconfigure the drinking water supply system in Yaounde (lot 1)

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2023/014 of 23 December 2024: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameron for the 2025 financial year;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the ING Bank of Belgium, a Buyer-Credit loan for an amount of EUR 73.12 million, or approximately CFAF 47.966 billion, to finance the Project to reconfigure the drinking water supply system in Yaounde (lot 1).

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
