REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2023/014 of 23 December 2024: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameron for the 2025 financial year;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the Deutsche Bank of Italy, a Buyer-Credit loan for an amount of EUR 38.53 million, or approximately CFAF 25.275 billion, to finance the Project to reconfigure the drinking water supply system in Yaounde (lot 3).
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
