REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND
DECREE No. 2025/375 OF 31 JUL 2025 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the Standard Chartered Bank of London, a loan agreement for an amount of EUR 23 000 000 (twenty-three million), or approximately CFAF 15 000 000 000 (fifteen billion), for the partial funding of the Project to construct and equip a Gastro-Pneumological Hospital in Yaounde (Jamot) and a Psychiatric Hospital in Mfou (Jamot Annex)
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2024/013 of 23 December 2024: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2025 financial year;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the Standard Chartered Bank of London, a loan agreement for an amount of EUR 23 000 000 (twenty-three million), or approximately CFAF 15 000 000 000 (fifteen billion), for the partial funding of the Project to construct and equip a Gastro-Pneumological Hospital in Yaounde (Jamot) and a Psychiatric Hospital in Mfou (Jamot Annex).
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
