THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2024/013 of 23 December 2024: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2025 financial year, as amended and supplemented by Ordinance No. 2025/001 of 11 July 2025;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2025/056 of 21 July 2025 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the OPEC Fund for International Development (OPEC Fund), a loan agreement for an amount of USD 25 million, or approximately CFAF 14.99 billion, to finance the Cameroon Rice Value Chain Development Project (RVCDP),
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS;
ARTICLE 1: The Loan Agreement for an amount of USD 25 million, or approximately CFAF 14.99 billion, concluded on 17 June 2025 with the OPEC Fund for International Development (OPEC Fund), to finance part of the Cameroon Rice Value Chain Development Project (RVCDP), is ratified.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
