RésuméCe décret nomme M. TSANGA MBA Willie au poste de Directeur Général de la National Ports Authority (Autorité Portuaire Nationale) du Cameroun, avec effet à la date de signature. Le bénéficiaire aura droit aux avantages prévus par la réglementation en vigueur. Le décret sera enregistré, publié d'urgence et inséré au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

DECREE No. 2025/535 OF 28 NOV 2025 to appoint the Director-General of the National Ports Authority

# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2017/010 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;

Mindful of Decree No. 2019/172 of 5 April 2019 to reorganize the National Ports Authority;

Mindful of Decree No. 2019/320 of 19 June 2019 to lay down conditions for implementing some provisions of Law No. 2017/10 and Law No.2017/11 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments and public corporations,

# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1: Mr TSANGA MBA Willie is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed Director-General of the National Ports Authority.

Article 2: The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.

Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
