REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND
DECREE No. 2025/602 OF 17 DEC 2025 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the China Citic Bank Corporation Ltd (CITIC BANK), Shenzhen Branch, a Buyer-Credit loan for an amount of EUR 59 821 390.95, or approximately CFAF 39 240 260 143, for the additional funding of the Project to extend the Intelligent Urban Video Surveillance System nationwide
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2024/013 of 23 December 2024: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2025 financial year, as amended and supplemented by Ordinance No. 2025/001 of 11 July 2025;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the China Citic Bank Corporation Ltd (CITIC BANK), Shenzhen Branch, a Buyer-Credit loan for an amount of EUR 59 821 390.95, or approximately CFAF 39 240 260 143, for the additional funding of the Project to extend the Intelligent Urban Video Surveillance System nationwide.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
