RésuméCe décret présidentiel autorise le corps religieux dénommé 'Winners Chapel International', dont le siège est à Douala, à exercer ses activités au Cameroun. L'autorisation prend effet à la date de signature du décret. Le ministre de l'Administration territoriale est chargé de l'exécution du décret, qui sera enregistré, publié d'urgence et inséré au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

DECREE No. 2026/022 OF 23 JAN 2026 to authorize a religious body

# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 90/053 of 19 December 1990 relating to freedom of association and subsequent amendments thereto,

# HERREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1: The religious body referred to as “Winners Chapel International”, headquartered in Douala, is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, authorized.

Article 2: The Minister of Territorial Administration is responsible for the implementation of this decree which shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
