to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the International Development Association (IDA), a financing agreement in the amount of 43 million euros, equivalent to 50 million US dollars, or approximately 30 billion CFA francs, as additional financing of the Electricity Transmission Network Rehabilitation and Sector Reform Project (PRRTERS, P152755) IBRD Credit No.8658-CM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2025/012 of 17 December 2025: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2026 financial year;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the International Development Association (IDA), a financing agreement in the amount of 43 million euros, equivalent to 50 million US dollars, or approximately 30 billion CFA francs, as additional financing of the Electricity Transmission Network Rehabilitation and Sector Reform Project (PRRTERS).
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
