RésuméCe décret présidentiel nomme M. Zomekou Ateba Joseph Charles Ignace au poste d'Inspecteur Général au Ministère du Tourisme et des Loisirs, en remplacement de Mme Nonga née Ngo Baba Marie, admise à la retraite. La nomination prend effet à la date de signature du décret. Le bénéficiaire aura droit aux avantages prévus par la réglementation en vigueur. Le décret sera enregistré, publié d'urgence et inséré au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

DECREE No. _______________ OF _______________ to appoint an Inspector-General at the Ministry of Tourism and Leisure

# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;

Mindful of Decree No. 2012/291 of 21 June 2012 to organize the Ministry of Tourism and Leisure,

# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1: Mr Zomekou Ateba Joseph Charles Ignace, Senior Youth and Action Counsellor, Sce. No. 609 919-W, previously Technical Adviser No. 1, is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed Inspector-General in the Ministry of Tourism and Leisure, in replacement of Mrs Nonga née Ngo Baba Marie, who has been placed on retirement.

Article 2: The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.

Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
