RésuméCette loi autorise le Président de la République du Cameroun à ratifier la Convention de l'Union Africaine sur la prévention et la lutte contre la corruption, adoptée à Maputo (Mozambique) le 11 juillet 2003. Elle comprend deux articles : le premier autorise la ratification, le second prévoit l'enregistrement et la publication selon la procédure d'urgence au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

TO AUTHORIZE THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC TO RATIFY THE AFRICAN UNION CONVENTION ON PREVENTING AND COMBATING CORRUPTION

The National Assembly deliberated and adopted, the President of the Republic hereby enacts the set out below:

SECTioN 1: The President of the Republic is hereby authorized to ratify the African Union Convention on Preventing and Combating Corruption, adopted in Maputo (Mozambique), on 11 July 2003.

SEctioN 2: This law shall be registered and published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
