RésuméCette loi autorise le Président de la République du Cameroun à ratifier la Convention n°155 de l'Organisation Internationale du Travail (OIT) concernant la sécurité et la santé des travailleurs et le milieu de travail, adoptée à Genève le 22 juin 1981. Elle comporte deux articles : l'autorisation de ratification et les dispositions de publication.

TO AUTHORIZE THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC TO RATIFY CONVENTION NO.155 CONCERNING OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH AND THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT, ADOPTED IN GENEVA, SWITZERLAND, ON 22 JUNE 1981

SEcTioN 1: The President of the Republic is hereby authorized to ratify Convention No 155 concerning Occupational Safety and Health and the Working Environment of the International Labour Organization (ILO), adopted on 22 June 1981 in Geneva, Switzerland, at the 67th session of the International Labour Conference (ILC).

SEctioN 2: This law shall be registered and published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
