Cette loi autorise le Président de la République du Cameroun à ratifier le Protocole modifiant l'Accord de Marrakech instituant l'Organisation mondiale du commerce (OMC), en insérant l'Accord du 17 juin 2022 sur les subventions à la pêche dans l'Annexe 1A. Elle a été adoptée par le Parlement et promulguée par le Président. La loi sera enregistrée, publiée selon la procédure d'urgence et insérée au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

The Parliament deliberated and adopted, the President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set out below:
SECTION 1: The President of the Republic is hereby authorized to ratify the Protocol Amending the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization (WTO), by the insertion of the Agreement of 17 June 2022 on Fisheries Subsidies in Annex 1A.
SECTION 2: This law shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
