THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/412 of 9 December 2011 to reorganize the Presidency of the Republic,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The undermentioned persons are, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed to the following positions in the internal services of the Secretariat General of the Presidency of the Republic:
I. DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL AFFAIRS
BUDGET SERVICE
SERVICE HEAD: Mr MANG Martin Charles Roger, Contract Officer, previously Head of the Documentation and Library Service, in replacement of Mr MIENE MINDOUMOU Arnaud Robert, who has been transferred to other duties.
EQUIPMENT SERVICE
SERVICE HEAD: Mr NDJIDDA MALLA MADE, Contract Officer, previously in service at the Secretariat General of the Presidency of the Republic, vacancy.
DOCUMENTATION AND LIBRARY SERVICE
SERVICE HEAD: Mr MONTY Jacques Albert, Contract Officer, Documentalist, previously Head of the Records and Filing Service, in replacement of Mr MANG Martin Charles Roger, who has been transferred.
II. DEPARTMENT OF PRESIDENTIAL MAIL
RECORDS AND FILING SERVICE
SERVICE HEAD: Ms ABENG Gabrielle Virginia, Contract Officer, previously Head of the Travel Service, in replacement of Mr MONTY Jacques Albert, who has been transferred.

# III. TRAVEL SERVICE
SERVICE HEAD: Mrs MWANJO née NGOH SOLLE Rose, Contract Officer, previously in service at the Secretariat General of the Presidency of the Republic, in replacement of Ms ABENG Gabrielle Virginia, who has been transferred.
ARTICLE 2: The appointees shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
ARTICLE 3: This order shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
