THE MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT, LE MINISTRE DE LA DECENTRALISATION ET DU DEVELOPPEMENT LOCAL,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018. Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Mindful of Order No.173/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECI of 23 mai 1989 to establish special civil status registration centers in Nyong-et-Kellé Division;
Vu la Constitution ; Vu la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 portant organisation du système d'enregistrement des faits d'état civil au Cameroun ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ; Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ; Vu l'arrêté n°173/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECI du 23 mai 1989 portant création des centres spéciaux d'état civil dans le Département du Nyong-et-Kellé ;
Considering transmission No.187/L/J08/SP of 01 march 2023 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Nyong-et-Kellé. Considérant la transmission n°187/L/J08/SP of 01 mars 2023 du Préfet du Département du Nyong-et-Kellé.
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: ARRETE :
Article 1. Mr YOG BAG Felix is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Dingombi secondary civil status registration centre, in Dibang Council, Nyong-et-Kellé Division, for a renewable five (05) year term. Article 1.- Monsieur YOG BAG Felix est, à compter de la date de signature du présent arrêté, désigné Officier du centre d'état civil secondaire de Dingombi, dans la Commune de Dibang, Département du Nyong-et-Kellé, pour un mandat de cinq (05) ans, renouvelable.
Article 2. The appointee shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with sections 95, 96 et 97 of the abovementioned law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024. Article 2.- L'intéressé devra prêter serment avant sa prise de service, conformément aux articles 95, 96 et 97 de la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 susvisée.
Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force. Article 3.- Il aura droit aux avantages de toute nature prévue par la réglementation en vigueur.
Article 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Nyong-et-Kellé is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
