Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Mindful of Order No.272/A/VPM//DAP/SDAA/SECP du 09 October 1993 to establish the special civil status registration center in Sanaga Maritime Division; Considering transmission No.390/L/C18/A2 of 29 April 2026 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Sanaga Maritime,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. Mr. Boumbai Tonye Jean is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed civil status registrar of Mandjab secondary civil status registration centre, in Ngwei Council, Sanaga Maritime Division, for a renewable five (05) years term.
Article 2. The appointee shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with sections 95, 96 et 97 of the abovementioned law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024.
Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Sanaga Maritime is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
