Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Vu la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 portant organisation du système d'enregistrement des faits d'état civil au Cameroun ;
Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ;
Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ;
Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Vu le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ;
Mindful of Order No.0019/A/MINDDEVEL of 24 March 2026 to establish the secondary civil status registration centre of Enamengal in Zoétélé Sub-Division, Dja et Lobo Division; Vu l'arrêté n°0019/A/MINDDEVEL du 24 Mars 2026 portant création du centre d'état civil secondaire d'Enamengal dans l'Arrondissement de Zoétélé, Département du Dja et Lobo ;
Considering transmission No.028/L/L01/A1/SAAJP/MVJM of 23 January 2026 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Dja et Lobo, Considérant la transmission n°028/L/L01/A1/SAAJP/MVJM du 23 janvier 2026 du Préfet du Département du Dja et Lobo,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: ARRETE :
Article 1. Mr. Monessel Prosper Mérimé is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed civil status Registrar of Enamengal secondary civil status registration centre, in Zoétélé Council, Dja et Lobo Division, for a renewable five (05) years term. Article 1.- Monsieur MONESEL Prosper Mérimé est, à compter de la date de signature du présent arrêté, désigné Officier d'état civil du centre d'état civil secondaire d'Enamengal, dans la Commune de Zoétélé, Département du Dja et Lobo, pour un mandat de cinq (05) ans, renouvelable.
Article 2. The appointee shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with sections 95, 96 et 97 of the abovementioned law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024. Article 2.- L'intéressé devra prêter serment avant sa prise de service, conformément aux articles 95, 96 et 97 de la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 susvisée.
Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force. Article 3.- Il aura droit aux avantages de toute nature, prévus par la réglementation en vigueur.
