HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1.
Mr. Abdouraman Iya is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed civil status Registrar of Tongo secondary civil status registration centre, in Tibati Council, Djerem Division, for a renewable five (05) years term.
Article 2.
The appointee shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with sections 95, 96 et 97 of the abovementioned law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024.
Article 3.
He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 4.-
The Senior Divisional Officer of Djerem is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
