Mindful of the Constitution; Vu la Constitution ;
Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of December 23, 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Vu la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 portant organisation du système d'enregistrement des faits d'état civil au Cameroun ;
Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ;
Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ;
Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Vu le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ;
Mindful of Order n°0104/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECI of the 03 April 1989 to establish the special civil status registration center of Akometan in the Mbalmayo Sub-Division, Nyong et So'o Division; Vu l'arrêté n°0104/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECI du 03 avril 1989 portant création du centre spécial d'état civil d'Akometan dans l'Arrondissement de Mbalmayo, Département du Nyong et So'o ;
Mindful of Order n° 000168/A/MINATD/DAP/SDAA/SECI/BEC du 05 july 2006 to appoint the officer of the special civil status registration center of Akometan in Mbalmayo Sub-Division, Nyong et So'o Division; Vu l'arrêté n°000168/A/MINATD/DAP/SDAA/SECI/BEC du 05 juillet 2006 portant nomination de l'officier du centre spécial d'état civil d'Akometan dans l'Arrondissement de Mbalmayo, Département du Nyong et So'o ;
Considering transmission n°04/L/J10/SP of 04th july 2025 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Nyong et So'o; Considérant la transmission n°04/L/J10/SP du 04 juillet 2025 du Préfet du Département du Nyong et So'o, ensemble le rapport d'enquête ;
Considering that Mr. MANGA EBEDE Thomas Stéphane is accused of having committed serious acts of breach of ethics and professional conduct in the exercise of his duties as civil status officer of the Akometam secondary center, Considérant l'atteinte grave à l'éthique et à la déontologie professionnelle ainsi que la violation des textes dans l'exercice de ses fonctions d'officier d'état civil du centre secondaire d'Akometam, reprochés à Monsieur MANGA EBEDE Thomas Stéphane,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: ARRETE :
Article 1. Mr. Manga Ebede Thomas Stéphane is, as of the date of signature of this order, dismissed from his duties as Officer of the secondary civil status center of Akometam, in Mbalmayo Council, Nyong et So'o Division.
