Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Mindful of Order No.0179/A/VPN/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECP of 22 May 1995 to establish the special civil status registration centre in Mayo-Louti Division; Considering transmission No.001/L/D42/SAAJP of 05 January 2026 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Mayo-Louti,
Vu la Constitution ; Vu la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 portant organisation du système d'enregistrement des faits d'état civil au Cameroun ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018; Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ; Vu l'arrêté n°0179/A/VPN/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECP du 22 mai 1995 portant création des centre spéciaux d'état civil dans le Département du Mayo-Louti ; Considérant la transmission n°001/L/D42/SAAJP du 05 janvier 2026 du Préfet du Département du Mayo-Louti,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. Mr. Arafat Kamaradi Warlako is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Biou secondary civil status registration centre, in Figuil Council, Mayo-Louti Division, for a renewable five (05) year term.
Article 2. The appointee shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with sections 95, 96 et 97 of the abovementioned law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024.
Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Mayo-Louti is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
