THE MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT, LE MINISTRE DE LA DECENTRALISATION ET DU DEVELOPPEMENT LOCAL,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Ordinance No 81/2 of 29 June 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No 2011/11 of 6 May 2011; Mindful of Decree No 77/410 of 15 October 1977 to increase the allowance of officers and secretaries of special civil status registration centres; Mindful of Decree No 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centres; Mindful of Decree No 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No 2018/190 of 2nd of March 2018; Mindful of Decree No 2018/191 of 2nd of March 2018 to reorganize the Government; Mindful of Order No 00000022/O/MINDDEVEL/SG of the 24 April 2018 to lay down the establishment of the Secondary Civil Status Registration Centre of Toula-Foguimgo, in Dschang Sub-division, Menoua Division ; Considering Letter No 0422/L/F34/SAJP of the 15 June 2023 to the Senior Divisional Officer of Menoua Division Considering service needs,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. Mr KENFACK TAKOUMBO Pizarro Roger is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Toula-Foguimgo Secondary Civil Status Registration Centre in Dschang Sub-Division, Menoua Division. Article 2. Mr KENFACK TAKOUMBO Pizarro Roger shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with article 7 (5) of Ordinance No 81/2 of 29th June 1981 to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/11 of 6th May 2011. Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force. Article 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Menoua is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
