THE MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT, LE MINISTRE DE LA DECENTRALISATION ET DU DEVELOPPEMENT LOCAL,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of December 23, 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Mindful of Decree No 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Mindful of Order No.4058/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SEC of 24th February 2000 to establish special civil status registration centers in Mefou and Afamba Division; Considering transmission n°000627/L/J05/SDL of 8th November 2023 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Mefou et Afamba,
Vu la Constitution ; Vu la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 portant organisation du système d'enregistrement des faits d'état civil au Cameroun ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ; Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ; Vu l'arrêté n°4058/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SEC du 24 février 2000 portant création des centres spéciaux d'état civil dans le Département de la Mefou et Afamba ; Considérant la transmission n°000627/L/J05/SDL du 08 novembre 2023 du Préfet du Département de la Mefou et Afamba.
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. Mr Eyono Aba is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Loum secondary civil status registration centre, in Esse Council, Mefou and Afamba Division, for a renewable five (05) year term.
Article 2. The appointee shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with sections 95, 96 et 97 of the abovementioned law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024.
Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Mefou and Afamba is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
ARRETE :
Article 1.- Monsieur EYONO ABA est, à compter de la date de signature du présent arrêté, désigné Officier du centre d'état civil secondaire de Loum, dans la Commune d'Esse, Département de la Mefou et Afamba, pour un mandat de cinq (05) ans, renouvelable.
Article 2.- L'intéressé devra prêter serment avant sa prise de service, conformément aux articles 95, 96 et 97 de la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 susvisée.
