Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Mindful of Order No.0055/O/A/MINDDEVEL of 06 August 2025 to establish Ngonwa I secondary civil status registration centre, in Esse Sub-Division, Mefou and Afamba Division; Considering transmission No.0170/L/J05/SDL of 14 March 2024 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Mefou and Afamba,
VU la Constitution ; VU la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 portant organisation du système d'enregistrement des faits d'état civil au Cameroun ; VU le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ; VU le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; VU le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ; VU l'arrêté n°0055/O/A/MINDDEVEL du 06 août 2025 portant création du centre d'état civil secondaire de Ngonwa I, dans l'Arrondissement d'Esse, Département de la Mefou et Afamba ; Considérant la transmission n°0170/L/J05/SDL du 14 mars 2024 du Préfet du Département de la Mefou et Afamba,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: ARRETE :
Article 1. Mr. Ateba Ndoumou Alphonse is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Ngonwa I secondary civil status registration centre, in Esse Council, Mefou and Afamba Division, for a renewable five (05) years term. Article 1.- Monsieur ATEBA NDOUMOU Alphonse est, à compter de la date de signature du présent arrêté, désigné Officier du centre d'état civil secondaire de Ngonwa I, dans la Commune d'Esse, Département de la Mefou et Afamba, pour un mandat de cinq (05) ans renouvelable.
Article 2. The appointee shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with sections 95, 96 et 97 of the abovementioned law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024. Article 2.- L'intéressé devra prêter serment avant sa prise de service, conformément aux articles 95, 96 et 97 de la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 susvisée.
Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force. Article 3.- Il aura droit aux avantages de toute nature prévus par la réglementation en vigueur.
