Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Mindful of Order No.0080/A/MINATD/DAP/SDAA/SEC/BEC of 1 march 2006 to establish the special civil status registration centre of Ngwele in Wouri Division; Considering transmission No.628/2025/L/C19/SDL of 20 October 2025 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Wouri,
Vu la Constitution ; Vu la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 portant organisation du système d'enregistrement des faits d'état civil au Cameroun ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ; Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ; Vu l'arrêté n°0080/A/MINATD/DAP/SDAA/SEC/BEC du 1er mars 2006 portant création du centre spécial d'état civil de Ngwele dans le Département du Wouri ; Considérant la transmission n°628/2025/L/C19/SDL du 20 octobre 2025 du Préfet du Département du Wouri,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. Mrs Djakgo Pauline épse Ndafeut is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Ngwele secondary civil status registration centre, in Douala 4 Sub-divisional Council, Wouri Division, for a renewable five (05) years term.
Article 2. The appointee shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with sections 95, 96 et 97 of the abovementioned law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024.
Article 3. She shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Wouri is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
ARRETE :
Article 1.- Madame DJAKGO Pauline épse NDAFEUT est, à compter de la date de signature du présent arrêté, désignée Officier du centre d'état civil secondaire de Ngwele, dans la Commune d'Arrondissement de Douala 4ème, Département du Wouri, pour un mandat de cinq (05) ans, renouvelable.
Article 2.- L'intéressée devra prêter serment avant sa prise de service, conformément aux articles 95, 96 et 97 de la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 susvisée.
