Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Mindful of Order No.96/A/ME/ATF/DAP of 30 june 1969 to establish a special civil status registration centre of Kamelon in Sangmélima Sub-Division, Dja et Lobo Division; Considering transmission No.011/L/L01/SP of 23 April 2026 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Dja et Lobo,
Vu la Constitution ; Vu la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 portant organisation du système d'enregistrement des faits d'état civil au Cameroun ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ; Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ; Vu l'arrêté n°96/A/ME/ATF/DAP du 30 juin 1969 portant création du centre spécial d'état civil de Kamelon dans l'Arrondissement de Sangmélima, Département du Dja et Lobo ; Considérant la transmission n°011/L/L01/SP du 23 avril 2026 du Préfet du Département du Dja et Lobo.
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. Mr. Messele Thomas Fabrice is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed civil status registrar of Kamelon secondary civil status registration centre, in Sangmélima Council, Dja et Lobo Division, for a renewable five (05) year term.
Article 2. The appointee shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with sections 95, 96 and 97 of the abovementioned law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024.
Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Dja et Lobo is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
