THE MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT, LE MINISTRE DE LA DECENTRALISATION ET DU DEVELOPPEMENT LOCAL,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29 June 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/11 of 6 May 2011;
Mindful of Decree No. 77/410 of 15 October 1977 to increase the allowance of officers and secretaries of special civil status registration centers; Mindful of Decree No. 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centers; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reorganize the Government; Mindful of Order No 0102/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/ of 10 April 1991 to lay down the establishment of the Special Secondary Civil Status of King-Place in Babadjou, Sub-Division, Bamboutos Division ;
Considering Letter NO 245/L/F.31/SP of 23 may 2023 to the Senior Divisional Officer of Bamboutos Division;
Considering service needs,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. Mr. KAFFO SAMBANKEING LANGEVIN is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of King-Place Secondary Civil Status Registration Centre in Babadjou Sub-Division, Bamboutos Division. Article 2. Mr. KAFFO SAMBANKEING LANGEVIN shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with article 7 (5) of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29 June 1981 to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/11 of 6 May 2011. Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force. Article 4. - The Senior Divisional Officer of Bamboutos is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.

Vu le décret n°77/410 du 15 octobre 1977 portant revalorisation de l'indemnité des officiers et secrétaires des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; Vu le décret n°87/1115 du 17 août 1987 fixant les modalités de création et de fonctionnement des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ;
