Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29 June 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/11 of 6 May 2011; Mindful of Decree No. 77/410 of 15 October 1977 to increase the allowance of officers and secretaries of special civil status registration centers; Mindful of Decree No. 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centers; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree N°. 2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reorganize the Government; Mindful of Order No 0295/A/V.PM/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECP of 25th October 1993 to lay down the establishment of Special Secondary Civil Status registry centers in Oveng and Mintom Sub-divisions, Dja et Lobo Division; Considering Letter No 713/L/L01/SDL of 06th December 2023 of the Senior Divisional Officer of Dja et Lobo Division; Considering service needs,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. - Mr. NTOUTOUMOU DJEMBA Blaise is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed officer of Nkono secondary civil status registration centre in Oveng Sub-Division, Dja et Lobo Division. Article 2.- Mr NTOUTOUMOU DJEMBA Blaise shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with article 7 (5) of Ordinance No 81/2 of 29 June 1981 to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No 2011/11 of 6 May 2011. Article 3.- He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force. Article 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Dja et Lobo is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
Vu La Constitution ; Vu L'ordonnance n° 81/002 du 29 juin 1981, portant organisation de l'état civil et diverses dispositions relatives à l'état des personnes physiques, modifiée et complétée par la loi n° 2011/011 du 06 mai 2011 ; Vu le décret n°77/410 du 15 octobre 1977 portant revalorisation de l'indemnité des officiers et secrétaires des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; Vu le décret n°87/1115 du 17 août 1987 fixant les modalités de création et de fonctionnement des centres spéciaux d'état civil ;
