Vu le décret n°75/786 du 18 décembre 1975 portant Statut Particulier du corps des fonctionnaires des Mines et Géologie;
Vu le décret n°94/199 du 07 octobre 1994 portant Statut Général de la Fonction Publique de l’Etat, modifié et complété par le décret n°2000/287 du 12 octobre 2000 ;
Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ;
Vu le décret n°2012/537 du 19 novembre 2012 portant organisation du Ministère de la Fonction Publique et de la Réforme Administrative ;
Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ;
Vu le décret n°2000/696/PM du 13 septembre 2000 fixant le Régime Général des Concours Administratifs ;
Vu l’arrêté n°002932/MINFOPRA du 30 avril 2020 portant ouverture d’un concours direct pour le recrutement de trente-cinq (35) personnels dans le corps des fonctionnaires des Mines et Géologie, session 2020,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of decree No.75/786 of 18 December 1975 on the Special Rules and Regulations of the corps of Mines and Geology civil servants;
Mindful of decree No.94/199 of 7 October 1994 on the General Rules and Regulations of the Public Service, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2000/287 of 12 October 2000;
Mindful of decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of decree No.2012/537 of 19 November 2012 to organize the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform;
Mindful of decree No.2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government;
Mindful of decree No.2000/696/PM of 13 September 2000 to fix the Council on the Government of Government Competitive Examinations;
Mindful of Order No.202012/MINFOPRA of 30 April 2020 to revise the a direct competitive examination to recruit 35 (thirty-five) personnel into the corps of Mines and Geology civil servants, for the 2020 session, Minister.
