ORDER N° 000119 /O/MINDDEVEL/SG/DLS of 01 JUIL 2021 to set up the secondary civil status registry of Enia 2, in the Bertoua 2 Sub-Division, Lom et Djerem Division.
THE MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Ordinance No 81/02 of 29 June 1981 amended and supplemented by law No 2011/011 of 06 May 2011 to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons; Mindful of Decree No 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions for the setting up and functioning of special civil status registries; Mindful of Decree No 2011/408 of 09 August 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplement by Decree No 2018/190 of 02 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No 2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Cabinet; Considering Memo, N°00000565/L/B15/A3 of the 12th December 2019 from the Senior Divisional Officer for the Lom et Djerem Division; Considering the necessity of service,
ORDERS:
- – A secondary civil status registry, whose Head Office and area of jurisdiction are specified below, is set up in the Bertoua 2 Sub-Division, Lom et Djerem Division.

- – the area of jurisdiction of the existing secondary civil status registries shall therefore be modified.
- –The Senior Divisional Officer for the Lom et Djerem Division is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, notified wherever necessary and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
