# THE MINISTER OF FINANCE,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2003/005 of 21 April 2003 on the jurisdiction, organization and functioning of the Audit Bench of the Supreme Court;
Mindful of Law No. 2018/011 of 11 July 2018 to lay down the Cameroon Code of Transparency and Good Governance in public finance management;
Mindful of Law No. 2018/012 of 11 July 2018 relating to fiscal regime of the State and other public entities;
Mindful of Law No. 2019/024 of 24 December 2019 to Institute the General Code of Regional and Local Authorities;
Mindful of Decree No. 92/089 of 04 May 1992 to specify the duties of the Prime Minister, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 95/145-a of 4 August 1995;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2013/066 of 28 February 2013 to organize the Ministry of Finance;
Mindful of Decree No. 2015/406 of 16 September 2015 to lay down the terms and conditions for the payment of allowances and other benefits to Government Delegates, Mayors, their Deputies, members of the City Council Board and Municipal Councillors;
Mindful of Decree No. 2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government;
Mindful of Decree No. 2020/375 of 7 July 2020 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public accounting;
Mindful of Order No. 00000083/MINFI of 21 March 2013 on the setting-up, organization and functioning of Treasury stations in Regional Councils;
Mindful of Order No. 00000880/MINFI of 16 December 2020 to set up Treasury stations in Regional Councils.

HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
# CHAPTER I: GENERAL PROVISIONS
ARTICLE 1. - (1) This order relates to the organization and functioning of Regional and Council Revenue Offices.
(2) Regional and Council Revenue Offices shall be Treasury stations.
(3) The Treasury stations referred to in paragraph 2 shall be called:
- Regional Revenue Office at the level of the Region, Local Authority;
- Council Revenue Office at the level of the City council or council.
ARTICLE 2. - Placed under the authority of a Regional Treasurer or Council Treasurer as the case may be, the Regional or Council Revenue Office shall be charged notably with:
- the implementation of budgetary and accounting regulations;
- the collection of authorised local government revenue;
- settlement of the expenditure of Regional and Local authorities;
- keeping the budgetary and general accounting systems;
- financial, budgetary and accounting analysis;
- custody and safekeeping of funds, values and securities;
- handling of funds and movement of cash accounts;
- daily production of the cash position;
- production of periodic and annual summary statements;
