THE MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT, LE MINISTRE DE LA DECENTRALISATION ET DU DEVELOPPEMENT LOCAL,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of December 23, 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Mindful of Order No.120/A/ME/ATF/DAP of 17 July 1969 to establish special civil status registration centers in, Mifi Division; Considering transmission No.333/L/F38/SP of 10 December 2024 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Koung-Khi,
Vu la Constitution ; Vu la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 portant organisation du système d'enregistrement des faits d'état civil au Cameroun ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018; Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ; Vu l'arrêté n°120/A/ME/ATF/DAP du 17 juillet 1969 portant création des centres spéciaux d'état civil dans le Département de la Mifi ; Considérant la transmission n°333/L/F38/SP du 10 décembre 2024 du Préfet du Département du Koung-Khi,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. Mr. Tienoue Ouafio Lionel Duvalier is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of YOM secondary civil status registration centre, in Pete-Bandjoun Council, Koung-Khi Division, for a renewable five (05) year term.
Article 2. The appointee shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with sections 95, 96 et 97 of the abovementioned law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024.
Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Koung-Khi is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
ARRETE :
Article 1.- Monsieur TIENOUÉ OUAFO Lionel Duvalier est, à compter de la date de signature du présent arrêté, désigné Officier du centre d'état civil secondaire de YOM, dans la Commune de Pete-Bandjoun, Département du Koung-Khi, pour un mandat de cinq (05) ans, renouvelable.
Article 2.- L'intéressé devra prêter serment avant sa prise de service, conformément aux articles 95, 96 et 97 de la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 susvisée.
Article 3.- Il aura droit aux avantages de toute nature prévus par la réglementation en vigueur.
