THE MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT, LE MINISTRE DE LA DECENTRALISATION ET DU DEVELOPPEMENT LOCAL,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of December 23, 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Mindful of Order No.0299/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECI of 08 August 1991 to establish special civil status registration centers in Kaélé Division; Considering transmission No.005/L/K45/SP of 08 January 2025 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Mayo-Kani Division,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. Mr. Domga Djaobele is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of GOUNDAYE secondary civil status registration centre, in Dziguilao Council, Mayo-Kani Division, for a renewable five (05) year term.
Article 2. The appointee shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with sections 95, 96 et 97 of the abovementioned law No.2024/016 of 23 December, 2024.
Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Mayo-Kani is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
