Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of December 23, 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Mindful of Order No.000109/O/A/MINDDEVEL/SG/DSL of 27 September 2024 to establish a secondary civil status registration center of Essabah, in Mfou Sub-Division, Mefou et Afamba Division; Considering transmission No.0477/L/JO5/SDL of 03 August 2022 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Mefou et Afamba Division,
Vu la Constitution ; Vu la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 portant organisation du système d'enregistrement des faits d'état civil au Cameroun ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018; Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement Vu le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ; Vu l'arrêté n°000109/O/A/MINDDEVEL/SG/DSL du 27 septembre 2024 portant création du centre d'état civil secondaire d'Essabah dans l'Arrondissement de Mfou, Département de la Mefou et Afamba Considérant la transmission n°0477/L/JO5/SDL du 03 août 2022 du Préfet du Département de la Mefou et Afamba,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. Mr. Owono Gabriel Faustin is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of ESSABAH secondary civil status registration centre, in Mfou Council, Mefou et Afamba Division, for a renewable five (05) years term.
Article 2. The appointee shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with sections 95, 96 et 97 of the abovementioned law No.2024/016 of 23 December, 2024.
Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Mefou et Afamba is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
