Mindful of the Constitution; Vu la Constitution ;
Mindful of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29th June 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/11 of 6th May 2011; Vu l'ordonnance n°81/002 du 29 juin 1981, portant organisation de l'état civil et diverses dispositions relatives à l'état des personnes physiques, modifiée et complétée par la loi n° 2011/011 du 06 mai 2011 ;
Mindful of Decree No. 77/410 of 15th October 1977 to increase the allowance of officers and secretaries of special civil status registration centers; Vu le décret n°77/410 du 15 octobre 1977 portant revalorisation de l'indemnité des officiers et secrétaires des centres spéciaux d'état civil ;
Mindful of Decree No. 87/1115 of 17th August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centers; Vu le décret n°87/1115 du 17 août 1987 fixant les modalités de création et de fonctionnement des centres spéciaux d'état civil ;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9th December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2nd March 2018; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ;
Mindful of Decree No. 2018/191 of 2nd March 2018 to reorganize the Government; Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ;
Mindful of Order No. 00087/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SEC of the 24th march 1998 to lay down the establishment of the Special Civil Status Registration Centres in Moungo Division; Vu l'arrêté n°00087/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SEC du 24 mars 1998 portant création des Centres Spéciaux d'état civil dans le Département du Moungo ;
Considering Letter, No. 541/L/C.16/SDL of 23rd october 2024 to the Senior Divisional Officer of Moungo Division; Considérant la lettre n°541/L/C.16/SDL du 23 octobre 2024 du Préfet du Département du Moungo ;
Considering service needs, Considérant les nécessités de service,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: ARRETE :
Article 1. Mr Saïdou Gabdo is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Penda-Mboko Secondary Civil Status Registration Centre, in Fiko Sub-Division, Moungo Division. Article 1.- Monsieur SAÏDOU GABDO est, à compter de la date de signature du présent arrêté, désigné Officier du Centre d'état civil secondaire de Penda-Mboko, Arrondissement de Fiko, Département du Moungo.
