Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29 June 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/11 of 6 May 2011; Mindful of Decree No. 77/410 of 15 October 1977 to increase the allowance of officers and secretaries of special civil status registration centers; Mindful of Decree No. 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centers; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No. 2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reorganize the Government; Mindful of Order No. 0001375/A/MINDDEVEL/SG/DSL of 5th August 2021 to establish the secondary civil status registration centre of Mubin, Bamendjou Sub-division, Hauts-Plateaux Division; Considering Letter No. 47/L/F38/SASC of 11 September 2024 of the Senior Divisional Officer of Hauts-Plateaux Division; Considering service needs,
Vu la Constitution ; Vu l'Ordonnance n°81/002 du 29 juin 1981, portant organisation de l'état civil et diverses dispositions relatives à l'état des personnes physiques, modifiée et complétée par la loi n° 2011/011 du 06 mai 2011 ; Vu le décret n°77/410 du 15 octobre 1977 portant revalorisation de l'indemnité des officiers et secrétaires des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; Vu le décret n°87/1115 du 17 août 1987 fixant les modalités de création et de fonctionnement des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ; Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu l'arrêté n° 0001375/A/MINDDEVEL/SG/DSL du 05 Août 2021 portant création du centre secondaire d'état civil de Mubin, Arrondissement de Bamendjou, Département des Hauts-Plateaux ; Considérant la lettre n°47/L/F38/SASC du 11 septembre 2024, du Préfet du Département des Hauts-Plateaux ; Considérant les nécessités de service,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
ARRETE :
Article 1. Mr Katchessibo is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Mubin Secondary civil status registration centre in Bamendjou Sub-Division, Hauts-Plateaux Division.
Article 1.- Monsieur KATCHESSIBO est, à compter de la date de signature du présent arrêté, désigné Officier du centre d'état civil secondaire de Mubin, Arrondissement de Bamendjou, Département des Hauts-Plateaux.
