THE MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT,
Minful of the Constitution ; Minful of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29 june 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by law No. 2011/11 of 6 may 2011 ; Minful of Decree No. 77/410 of 15 october 1977 to increase the allowance of officers and secretaries of special civil status registration centre ; Minful of Decree No. 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centre ; Minfulof Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 december 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No. 2018/190 of 2 march 2018 ; Minful of Decree No. 2018/191 of 2 march 2018 to reorganize the Government ; Minful of Order No.134/A/MINDDEVEL/SG/DSL of 03 August 2021 to lay down the establishment of secondary civil status registration of Abanga, in Nkolafamba Sub-division, Mefou and Afamba Division ; Considering memo No. 367/L/JO5/SAAJP of 8 september 2020 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Mefou and Afamba Division ; Considering service needs,
Hereby orders as follows : 1.- Mr EKOUNDA Antoine is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Abang Secondary Civil Status registration Centre in Mfou Sub-Division, Mefou and Afamba Division. 2.- Mr EKOUNDA Antoine shall take an oath before assuming duty, in accordance with article 7 (5) of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29 june 1981 to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by law No. 2011/11 of 6 may 2011. 3.- he shall be entitle to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force. 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Mefou and Afamba is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French .
