To announce a training competitive examination to recruit 5 (five) student Statistical Engineers/Economists long cycle into the “Centre d’Appui aux Ecoles de Statistique Africaines (C.A.P.E.S.A)” for the 2021 session.
THE MINISTER OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of decree No.75/780 of 18 December 1975 to lay down the special rules and regulations of the corps of the Statistics civil servants;
Mindful of decree No.94/199 of 7 October 1994 on the General Rules and Regulations of the Public Service as amended and supplemented by decree No. 2000/287 of 12 October 2000;
Mindful of decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of decree No.2012/537 of 19 November 2012 to organize the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform;
Mindful of decree No.2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government;
Mindful of decree No.2000/696/PM of 13 September 2000 to fix the General System of Government Competitive Examinations,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1.- 1) A training competitive examination to recruit 5 (five) student Statistical Engineers/Economists long cycle into the “Centre d’Appui aux Ecoles de Statistique Africaines (C.A.P.E.S.A)” has been announced for the 2021 financial year.
- The written part of the said examination shall take place on 5 and 6 April 2021 in Yaounde (ISSEA), the only examination centre.
Article 2.- The examination shall be open to all Cameroonians of both sexes who fulfill the following conditions:
- Be born after 31 December 1998 (be at most 22 years of age in 2021);
- Be holder of the Scientific Baccalaureate.
Article 3.- 1) Candidates shall compile two complete application files, as follows:
A- CAPESA files:
- an application form obtainable from the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform, Department of State Human Resources Development or from ISSEA Yaounde;
- a certified true photocopy of birth certificate signed by a recognized civil authority (Governor, SDO, DO, Mayor) not more than three months old;
- a school attendance certificate or attestation of registration for the current academic year; 20 candidates who are not holder of the required diplomas;
- certified true photocopies of certificates obtained signed by a recognized civil authority;
- one passport size photograph;
- a certificate of non-conviction not more than three months old.
B- PUBLIC SERVICE files
- a registration form bearing a CFA 1000 fiscal stamp. The forms can be obtained from the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform;
- a certified true photocopy of birth certificate signed by a recognized civil authority (Governor, SDO, DO, Mayor) not more than three months old;
- a certified true photocopy of the required certificate signed by a recognized civil authority;
- an attestation of presentation of the original of the said certificate signed by a recognized civil authority;
