Vu l’arrêté n°001168/MINFOPRA du 04 mars 2016 portant ouverture d’un concours de formation pour le recrutement de trente-cinq (35) élèves Ingénieurs Statisticiens Economistes (ISE) au Centre d’Appui aux Ecoles de Statistique Africaines (CAPESA), session 2016 ;
Vu l’arrêté n°002615/MINFOPRA du 06 juin 2017 portant admission des élèves en 1ère et 2ème année du cycle des Ingénieurs Statisticiens Economistes (ISE) au Centre d’Appui aux Ecoles de Statistique Africaines (CAPESA), session 2016,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of decree No.75/780 of 18 December 1975 to lay down the special rules and regulations of the corps of the Statistics civil servants;
Mindful of decree No.94/199 of 7 October 1994 on the General Rules and Regulations of the Public Service, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2000/287 of 12 October 2000;
Mindful of decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of decree No.2012/537 of 19 November 2012 to organize the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform;
Mindful of decree No.2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government;
Mindful of decree No.2000/696/PM of 13 September 2000 to fix the General System of Government Competitive Examinations;
Mindful of Order No.001168/MINFOPRA of 4 March 2016 to announce a training competitive examination to recruit 35 (thirty-five) student Statistical Engineers/Economists into the “Centre d’Appui aux Ecoles de Statistique Africaines (CAPESA)” for the 2016 session;
