# TENDER NOTICE
OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER N° 002/ONIT/BIIIC/BIICTB/PIB/2026 OF 09/04/2026 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE AROUND THE INTERGRATED HEALTH CENTER NKWEN (PHASE II) IN BAMENDA III SUBDIVISION, MEZAM DIVISION, NORTH WEST REGION (PHASE II).
Financing: MINSANTE Public Investment Budget of 2026
- Subject of the invitation to tender:
Within the framework of 2026 Investment Budget, the mayor of Bamenda III Council hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for The Construction of a Fence around the Integrated Health Center Nkwen in Bamenda III Subdivision, Mezam Division, North West Region (Phase I).
- Nature of work:
Work to be done consists of - elevation works - metallic works/ openings - electrical installations - Painting
- Execution deadline
The maximum deadline provided by the Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender three (03) calendar months
- Estimated cost
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 15,000 000 (Fifteen millions) CFA Francs.
- Participation and origin
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to all registered and qualified companies or groups of companies based in the Republic of Cameroon and must have registered on the COLEPS System (having a certificate). And is categorized in this Sub-Sector.
- Financing
Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the 2026 Public Investment Budget of the MINSANTE.
- Bid bond
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 300,000 CFA (Three Hundred thousand) CFA Francs, valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids. As per article 90 (9) of the Public Contract Code (Decree No. 2018/366 OF 20 June 2018), certified cheques or bank cheques are acceptable in the place of bid bond.
Under the competent Sub Sector of construction, the said guarantee must be accompanied by a receipt issued by CDEC in accordance with circular letter No 000019/L/MINMAP/ OF 15TH June 2024 relating to deposit, retention, restitution and deconsignment of bonds on public contracts.
