DECISION N°017/BOA/01/23 SETTING UP AN AD HOC COMMITTEE FOR REFLECTION AND THE DEFENCE IN THE CASE OF “BARRISTER DIBOMA VICTOR”
The President of the Cameroon Bar,
MINDFUL of Law No. 90/059 of 19th December 1990 to organize Practice at the Bar;
MINDFUL of Bar Council Resolution N°001/01/2023, declaring the facts that led to the death of Barrister DIBOMA Samuel Victor and the commitment of the Bar Council to establish the circumstances surrounding the heinous assassination of this colleague to ensure that the culprits may be caught and brought to justice;
MINDFUL of the necessity of service;
HEREBY DECIDES:
Article 1:
From the date of signature of the present decision, the following Advocates are appointed as coordinator and members of the Ad-Hoc Committee for Reflection and Defense in the case of "The deceased Barrister DIBOMA Victor":
